ESU 10 - The Cozad Center - Evaluates educable mentally handicapped, speech handicapped, and auditory handicapped children and writes diagnosis and programs for the local school district.

South Central Developmental Services - Provides residential, social, vocational, and recreational services to the mentally handicapped.
